SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are dispatched within 7 working days, but are usually same day or next day. If you have a question about delivery we will advise you if you call our customer services team on 0321 2624276 or email us at info@charm-natural.com
MISSING ORDERS
If you have not received your order or an E-mail in regards to your order within 7 business days from the date you place your order, please contact us so that we can help you track your order.
POSTAGE
All orders are delivered via Postex and Daak and might require a signature or CNIC card number upon receipt.

All Prices listed on the charm natural website are correct, however, we reserve the right to change the prices of products at any time. Payments are accepted via cash on delivery, jazz cash or bank transfer.
RISK & OWNERSHIP
The products will be at your risk from the time of delivery. Ownership of the products will only pass to you upon delivery of the products and receipt by us of full payment of all sums due in respect of the products (including delivery charges). We will be entitled to recover payment for the products even where ownership has not passed to you.
REFUND POLICY
CHARM NATURAL is a small privately held company passionately committed to provide the freshest skincare products available and will be delighted with your order. Due to this commitment, we are unable to take returns. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 3 business days of your receipt of goods, provided they are in their original, unopened and unused condition with the seal intact. Our team here will assess the product once it is returned and that the client will pay shipment.
